Ingredients for the recipe

  • 1.5 kilo kid, preferably thigh
  • 1/2 kilo tomatoes
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 kilo potatoes
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 glass red wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe preparations

Wash, chop the meat and then boil it in salt water. When half done, place it in a baking pan, sprinkle with garlic and pour the wine and the ground tomato on top. Add the oil, salt, pepper and meat broth and bake in the oven, until the potatoes are done.
