Ingredients for the recipe

  • 1 kilo octopus
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 kilo onions
  • 1 small cup vinegar
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 3-4 bay leaves
  • Pepper

Recipe preparations

Wash and chop the octopus. Saute the onion with olive oil and add the octopus in the pot. Boil over low heat in its own gravy and when almost done add the garlic, vinegar, bay leaves, pepper, a little water, if necessary, and boil for a little while.
