The flower honey is an excellent mixture of a multitude of Greek plants with a unique sweet taste and unique aroma, and it contains all the beneficial properties of flower honeys, with a remarkable effect in favor of the proper development of children. It is characteristic for its contribution to the good functioning of the digestive system, it has an antiseptic and antimicrobial effect and generally offers energy and endurance.
The honeycomb is part of the hive, formed by hexagonal wax cells in a row that bees make to store their honey, pollen and larvae. Honeycomb may therefore contain some additional bee products with potential health benefits such as pollen, propolis and royal jelly.
Its main ingredient is raw honey, which offers small amounts of proteins, vitamins and minerals. Because it is unprocessed, raw honey contains enzymes such as glucose oxidase, which impart antimicrobial and antibacterial properties.
The addition of a piece of fresh honeycomb in flower honey, apart from being a delicious delicacy, gathers all the benefits that arise from this special natural combination.
Honeycomb wax is rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals, contains antibiotic substances and exhibits a strong immune effect while at the same time helping to reduce cholesterol and contributing to a healthier liver.
The combination of honey and honeycomb has proven to be particularly effective in the treatment of gastritis and stomach ulcers.
The honeycomb placed inside the honey keeps all its freshness intact. This “complex” product can only provide nourishment and enjoyment.
NOTE: Honeycomb can be eaten whole, but in some cases taking large amounts of honeycomb can cause stomach problems.
